Susana is the daughter of Paula (Aguirre) and Jacobo Jake Martinez.
Susana’s paternal grandparents were Adolfo Martinez Rodriguez (the son of Jose Maria Martinez and Vincenta Rodriquez) and Francisca Ortega (the daughter of Toribio Ortega and Fermina Juarez). Adolfo and Francisca were Mexican immigrants.
